اعتمد السيف غاليري منهج التخصص في الأواني المنزلية الخاصة بالبيت السعودي من حيث تطوير المنتجات المستخدمة محلياً قديماً ( التراثية ) وتحديثها مع المحافظة على أشكالها ولكن بثوب حضاري جديد بهدف إبقاء الطابع المتميز للمملكة بهذه الأواني ، مثال ذلك دلال القهوة العربية التي كانت تصنع من المواد المختلفة كالنحاس والتي تحتاج دائماً إلى عملية طلاء بمادة الرصاص من الداخل لتحافظ على طعم القهوة كما هو بدون تغيير ، فقامت الشركة بصناعة هذه الدلال من مواد استنلس استيل حيث لايحتاج إلى طلاء ولايغير طعم القهوة مع المحافظة على الشكل الأنيق للدلة ، بل يتعدى ذلك إلى عمل تصاميم متميزة وأشكال متنوعة تناسب كل الأذواق، وبنفس المنوال تم تحديث أباريق الشاي والمباخر الخشبية التي كانت تصنع من الخشب ، فقامت الشركة بصناعتها من استنلس استيل مذهبة وأشكال متعددة ، كما قامت الشركة بتصنيع الصواني بمصانع عالمية بأشكال متعددة ، كذلك تم تطوير آلة تحميص القــهوة ( المحماسة التي كانت تستعمل سابقاً ) إلى المحمصة الكهربائية ، كذلك عملية طحن القهوة التي كانت تدق في ( النجر ) تم تطويرها إلى مطاحن كهربائية سهلة الاستخدام ، وكذلك تم عمل فناجين شاي خاصة من مصانع فرنسية ذات أشكال جميلة وزجاج نقي ، ولم يفوتنا فناجين القهوة التي تكمل هذه السلسلة من الأواني التراثية لهذا عملنا " فنجان السيف" الموجود في الأسواق .
